Microneedling campaigns, with the numbers attached.
This is the treatment we have the most verified campaign data for. Below is the actual Meta Ads Manager screenshot, not a projection.

Typically 30–50, booking for acne scarring, uneven texture, or the first signs of ageing she is not ready to treat with injectables. She has usually already tried retail skincare and concluded it is not enough. She researches thoroughly before enquiring, which means she arrives with real intent, and real questions.
The objection that costs you the booking: downtime.
Almost every microneedling enquiry contains some version of "how red will I be, and for how long?" She is mentally checking it against a work week and a social calendar. If nobody answers that within the hour, she does not book elsewhere. She postpones indefinitely, which is worse, because she never shows up in anyone's no-show statistics. Answering fast and concretely, with a realistic recovery window, is what converts this treatment.
It is a course, not an appointment.
A single session rarely delivers what she came for, and any honest practitioner tells her so. That makes microneedling a package sale. Typically three to six sessions spaced weeks apart. The consequence for your marketing is that the value of one appointment request is several multiples of the first session price, and a clinic that quotes only the single-session figure in its ads systematically undersells itself and attracts the wrong buyer.
Why this one works well on paid social.
Microneedling is visually legible. Before-and-after images show a real difference in texture and scarring that a viewer can assess in a fraction of a second, and it sits below the threshold where Meta's advertising policies start restricting cosmetic claims. That combination, strong visual proof, permissive ad policy, is why our best-performing campaign to date is a microneedling campaign.
Demand builds from autumn into winter, when the recovery window matters less and clients are willing to start a multi-session course before spring.
What these numbers are, and what they are not
Every figure above is an appointment request: a real person who saw the ad, filled in the form, and confirmed what they wanted. It is not a booked, attended, paid appointment, and we don't report it as one. What happens between the request and the chair depends on how fast you reply, what you charge, and whether you have space that week. That gap is precisely what we are hired to close, and it is also why we guarantee requests rather than revenue: it is the part we control.
The same guarantee applies here
Before you start, we agree a minimum number of qualified appointment requests for your first 30 days. The number depends on what your treatments cost. If we miss it, you don't pay for the following month.
Questions clinics ask about this treatment
How many appointment requests can I expect for microneedling?
Our best microneedling campaign produced 93 verified appointment requests in 30 days at €6.78 each. We agree a minimum figure for your clinic before you start, based on your treatment prices and your market. If we miss it, you don't pay for the following month.
Will the requests understand it takes multiple sessions?
That is set in the ad and confirmed in the follow-up conversation before anyone reaches your calendar. Someone expecting a one-session miracle is filtered out. She wastes your chair time and never rebooks.
Do I need before-and-after photos to advertise this?
They help considerably, and you almost certainly already have them. We work with the images and clips you have. We do not ask you to commission new content.
